The AD620 is an 8-lead SOIC and DIP packaged instrumentation amplifier known for its low offset voltage of 50 µV max and offset drift of 0.6 µV/°C max. It is perfect for precision data acquisition systems like weigh scales and transducer interfaces. Additionally, its low noise and low input bias current make it suitable for medical devices such as ECG and noninvasive blood pressure monitors.
The amplifier is designed for easy use and offers higher performance than 3 op-amp IA designs. Its low input bias current of 1.0 nA max is achieved using Super?eta processing in the input stage. The AD620 is also ideal for multiplexed applications with a settling time of 15 µs to 0.01%.
