ACE 500gm 14 Gauge (Premium) 60/40 Grade Solder Wire is ideal for electrical, electronic, radio, and instrument assemblies. It produces joints with excellent shine and minimal residue. Solder iron tip temperatures should be maintained between 315-343°C (600-650°F). Remember to heat both the land area and component lead before soldering. The flux residues are non-corrosive and non-conductive, usually not requiring removal. If cleaning is necessary, residues can be cleaned using IPA. Storage should be in a dry, non-corrosive environment between 10-40°C (50-104°F). The surface may lose its shine and appear a dull shade of grey, which is a surface phenomenon and does not affect product functionality.
