The ACE 500gm 12 Gauge (Premium) 60/40 Grade Solder Wire is ideal for stained glass and copper foil work. This solid wire does not contain a flux core and offers a low melting point with a good shine. It is recommended to maintain solder iron tip temperatures between 315-343°C (600-650°F) for best results.
Storage of the solder wire should be in a dry, non-corrosive environment within the temperature range of 10-40°C (50-104°F). While the surface may lose its shine and appear dull grey, this is a surface phenomenon and does not affect the product's functionality.
Shelf Life: Indefinite at room temperature.
Process Considerations: Solder iron tip temperatures should be maintained between 315-343°C (600-650°F).
Storage: Must be in a dry, non-corrosive environment between 10-40°C (50-104°F).
