The balancer board is suitable for Li-ion battery packs without balance functions, ensuring each series charges simultaneously. It acts as an auxiliary function to equalize the charge of lithium batteries, maintaining uniform voltage across all cells during charging.
When charging, if one cell reaches 29.6V before others, the balancer will discharge the overcharged cell until all cells reach the same voltage level. Note that the internal resistance differences should be within 5 milliohms, voltage within 0.03V, and capacity varying within 50mA. The cut-off voltage is set according to the BMS settings.
