The 79M15 negative voltage regulators are designed as complements to the 79M15 devices, ensuring rugged performance under various conditions. These regulators incorporate current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation, providing stability during operation. When adequately heat sinked, they can deliver output currents exceeding 0.5A. Available in surface-mount DPAK (DT) package and Pb-Free packages.
