The 78M12 series fixed output negative voltage regulators are designed to complement the popular 78M12 devices. These regulators are rugged with current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation, suitable for a variety of operating conditions. With proper heat sinking, they can provide output currents exceeding 0.5 A.
