74HC4060 High Speed Binary Ripple Carry Counter
A high-speed counter with low power consumption and high noise immunity.

The 74HC4060 is a 14-stage counter that increments on the falling edge of the input clock. All outputs are reset to a low level by applying a logical high on the reset input. It has two additional inputs for easy connection of an RC or crystal oscillator. Pin equivalent to CD4060, it offers protection from static discharge by diodes to VCC and ground.
