74HC368; 74HCT368 Hex Inverting Buffer/Line Driver
A versatile hex inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs and wide voltage range.
- Supply Voltage: 2.0 to 6.0 V
- Input Levels: 74HC368: CMOS, 74HCT368: TTL
- Power Dissipation: Low CMOS
- Noise Immunity: High
The 74HC368; 74HCT368 is a hex inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs controlled by the output enable inputs (nOE). When nOE is HIGH, the outputs go into a high impedance OFF-state. Clamp diodes on inputs allow the use of current limiting resistors for interfacing with voltages exceeding VCC.
Compliant with JEDEC standards JESD8C (2.7 V to 3.6 V) and JESD7A (2.0 V to 6.0 V), this IC offers latch-up performance exceeding 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B. It also provides ESD protection with HBM JESD22-A114F exceeding 2000 V and MM JESD22-A115-A exceeding 200 V. Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +85 °C and -40 °C to +125 °C.
- Supply Voltage: -0.5 to +7V
- Input Clamping Current: 0 to +20mA
- Output Clamping Current: 0 to +20mA
- Output Current: 0 to +35 mA
- Supply Current: -70 mA
- Ground Current: -70 mA
- Storage Temperature: -65 to +150°C
