The 74HC241; 74HCT241 is a versatile 8-bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. It can function as two 4-bit buffers or one 8-bit buffer, offering flexibility in various applications. The device is equipped with two output enables (1OE and 2OE) that control the 3-state outputs, allowing for a high-impedance OFF-state when activated. Additionally, the inputs feature clamp diodes, enabling the use of current limiting resistors for interfacing with voltages exceeding VCC. The 74HCT241 variant offers reduced input threshold levels for seamless interfacing with TTL logic levels.
