This 1S 10A 3.2V BMS comes with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and short circuit protection. The MOS transistor can control the battery charge and discharge, with a built-in three-stage over-current detection circuit designed for 3.2V LiFePO4 batteries. It features a highly accurate voltage detection circuit and provides low standby current consumption.
It is small in size, making it suitable for various high integration requirements at a low cost. This BMS meets a wide range of performance requirements to ensure absolute safety and reliability of the battery pack.
Wiring instructions:
B+ is connected to the positive battery.
B- connects to the battery negative.
P+ is the positive input of the battery pack output.
P- is the negative input of the battery pack output.
Precautions:
Please pay attention to the conditions of input and output voltage and load current to ensure that the power consumption in the protection board does not exceed the allowable parameters. The load current should not operate for a long time between the upper limit continuous working current and the overcurrent protection current. If the battery is connected and not discharging, the charger can be used to restore normal operation. Although the protection board has a built-in anti-static protection circuit, avoid touching the board by hand when it is working to prevent static damage.
