- 30A Non-repetitive Peak Current
- 5uA Reverse Current
- 3W Power Dissipation
The IN4007 diode is a device that allows current flow in only one direction, from the Anode to the cathode. With a maximum current carrying capacity of 1A and the ability to withstand peaks up to 30A, it is suitable for circuits designed for less than 1A. The reverse current of 5uA is negligible, and the power dissipation is 3W.
It is available in a DO-41 package and offers high surge current capability, low forward voltage drop, diffused junction, surge overload rating to 30A peak, low reverse leakage current, and low leakage current. The diode is compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC.
