Made from a zinc-aluminum alloy, this pillow block flange bearing provides great alignment support for screws in CNC and 3D printing applications. The bearing unit is supplied with a fully sealed bearing insert fitted in an oval cast aluminum housing. The insert bearings are deep groove ball bearings with wide inner rings, ensuring smooth operation.
The housing is mainly casting or pressed steel, making the bearing unit compact in design with perfect sealing devices. The insert in the housing works as a unit bearing, allowing for easy mounting and dismounting. The bearing insert self-aligns in the housing and has two grub screws to tighten the shaft securely.
