The ME3-CO electrochemical sensor from Winsen Electronics detects gas concentration by measuring current using the electrochemical principle. It utilizes the electrochemical oxidation process of the target gas on the working electrode inside the electrolytic cell. The current produced in the electrochemical reaction of the target gas is directly proportional to its concentration, following Faraday's law. The gas concentration can be determined by measuring the current value.
