Quantum-dot, or QLED (Quantum dot LED), screens are essentially a new type of LED-backlit LCD, utilizing tiny phosphorescent crystals to react to light and electricity. Quantum dots and QLED refer to the same technology, with QLED being a marketing term used by Samsung and TCL for color enhancement in select LCD TVs.
Toughened glass, also known as safety or tempered glass, is six times harder to break than ordinary glass, making it force-resistant.
A capacitive touch screen recognizes the conductive touch of a human finger or specialized device for input.
When used with Raspberry Pi, supports Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, Kali, and Retropie. Ubuntu is also supported with Jetson Nano. As a computer monitor, it supports Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7. It is compatible with popular Game Consoles like Xbox360, PS4, and SWITCH. The OSD menu is multi-language for power management and adjustments.
It features a 3.5mm audio jack and supports HDMI audio output.
QLED Quantum Dot Technology provides a wider color gamut, pure chroma, and longer lifetime. Due to its inorganic characteristic, the color life of QLED can reach up to 60,000 hours without degradation.
