The 1.9-inch Segment E-Paper Module utilizes microcapsule electrophoretic technology to display images and text. Charged particles suspended in fluid move within microcapsules when an electric field is applied, creating a visible display by reflecting ambient light, similar to traditional paper.
With no backlight needed, this e-paper display maintains the last content even when powered down. It offers excellent visibility under various lighting conditions and a wide viewing angle of up to 180 degrees, making it ideal for applications like e-readers.
The module features an I2C interface for seamless connection with controller boards such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and STM32. Additionally, it includes an onboard MOS voltage translating circuit, ensuring compatibility with both 3.3V and 5V MCUs.
