The TRF Product Series consists of radial-leaded and surface-mount devices designed to protect against short duration high voltage faults ranging from 250-600Vrms. These devices are tailored to meet the protection requirements of telecommunications applications.
Featuring resettable overcurrent protection and quick time to trip, these devices are available in surface-mount, radial-leaded, and chip form factors. They are recognized by UL, CSA, and TÜV, with resistance sorted and matched devices also available. The devices offer low parasitic capacitance and flat impedance with frequency.
