This module offers 1A charge current and cuts off when finished. The protection IC switches off the load when the battery voltage drops below 2.4V to prevent damage. Connect the mini USB cable for power or 5V DC to the IN+ and IN- pads. Connect the cell to charge to the B+/B- pads. Disconnect the load when charging. Never charge the battery at a rate greater than 1C.
NOTE:
- Ampere meter can only be connected to a 5V input end of the module.
- It is recommended that the charging current is 37% of the battery capacity.
- The connection wire should not be too thick.
- Ensure the connection points are good.
- If the input voltage is too high, the current will be less than 1000mA.
- NO reverse polarity.
Using the module:
- Connect mini USB cable for power or 5V DC to IN+ and IN- pads
- Connect cell to charge to B+/B- pads
- Load can be connected to OUT+/OUT- pads
