T-MOTOR's patented design enhances flight efficiency by employing a special winglet design to weaken vortex and improve efficiency. The downward winglet reduces radial centrifugal tension and deformation. Precise positioning prevents sweepback during operation. The propeller is designed for use on the bottom side of a co-axial frame, enhancing safety with tightened screws, locknut, and additional hole sites. An innovative limit rubber ring protects the propeller from abrasion and improves shockproof competence.
Each propeller challenges the limits of injection technology and mold with a 0.25mm trailing edge for airflow interference reduction and lift-drag ratio increase. A heat insulating coating with high shading degree protects the propeller from ultraviolet rays. The propeller material's heat endurance enables long flights under high temperatures.
The propeller's aerodynamic interaction is optimized through T-MOTOR's propeller performance forecast program using CFD Fluid Simulation. The final design is selected from over 10 candidates after comparing various working conditions. CAE Finite Element Analysis employs fluid-solid coupling technology to monitor the structure's condition by adding load distribution from fluid simulation.
Caution: Polymer props for coaxial configuration are under testing. Please DO NOT run polymer props on coaxial frames.
