Thanks to its unique design without a Teflon tube, the Spider High Temperature and High Flow Hotend Pro offers exceptional heat resistance up to 500°C. The aluminum dense tooth design throat tube surface enhances heat dissipation by attaching to the heat sink block effectively. The stainless steel thermal heat break ensures excellent thermal isolation between the heater and cooling block.
The inner wall of the heat break and nozzles undergo a fluid polishing process with roughness Ra<0.3 for optimal performance. The extended length of the nozzle, made from a copper alloy, promotes better filament fluidity and supports fast printing speeds of up to 250mm/s, saving valuable time.
