The ThinPot is a resistive element consisting of a conductive resistor, sealed encasement, and wiper assembly. It functions as a voltage divider and has a three-wire system with two resistive output channels and an electrical collector channel. The wiper mechanism depresses the top circuit to produce the electrical output. The construction allows adaptation to various applications using different materials as the wiper.
The ThinPot can be manually actuated and offers a potentiometric output by connecting the top and bottom circuits through pressure from the wiper. The product image is for representation only; actual product dimensions and color may vary.
