The Grove Mini PIR Motion Sensor v1.0, with PIR technology, detects infrared light emitted by objects in its view. Ideal for motion detection in alarm systems, visitor monitoring, light control, and robotics. Connect to a Grove Base shield and program easily. When motion is detected, the SIG pin outputs HIGH.
This sensor is Grove compatible, compact, and energy-efficient. It offers adjustable sensitivity and a reserved pin for a slide rheostat. Adjust sensitivity by moving the plastic cap. Detection range is 2m, with 25°C being optimal. Suitable for various applications like security alarms and human detection systems.
