Grove LoRa Radio 433MHz is a powerful IoT platform that combines Grove with LoRa technology. The RFM98 transceiver features the LoRa long-range modem, providing ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication with high interference immunity and minimal current consumption. The module is powered by ATmega168, known for its high performance and low power consumption, making it ideal for IoT projects.
The module comes with a simple wire antenna for signal reception, with the option to add a second antenna via the MHF connector for improved signal strength. It operates at 433MHz frequency and is designed for reliable long-range communication.
For optimal performance, keep the antenna vertical and as straight as possible. Avoid placing large metal objects near the antenna, as this can interfere with signal reception. Additionally, using a metal cape is not recommended if you plan to add a cape for your device.
