The Grove Capacitive Fingerprint Scanner, based on the KCT203Semiconductor fingerprint recognition module, offers fast and reliable fingerprint recognition. The system includes a high-performance MCU, a vertical RF push-type fingerprint sensor, and a touch sensing device. The module's small size, low power consumption, and high reliability make it ideal for various applications such as fingerprint lock devices (door locks, safes, etc.) and access control systems.
The module features a lovely RGB light to indicate successful fingerprint recognition. With the self-learning function, the fingerprint database continuously improves after each successful recognition, enhancing the overall user experience. The addition of a power level shift circuit on the Grove Driver board allows the module to work with both 3.3V and 5V systems.
Utilize the Grove UART connector and the provided Arduino library to easily create your own Arduino fingerprint sensor/scanner.
