This SoM includes the MPU, PMIC, RAM, and all necessary interfaces such as Gigabytes Ethernet, WiFi/BLE, USB Hosts, MIPI-DSI, and DVP for the camera and audio. It can be used to assemble an SBC with a carrier board, allowing customers to deploy the SoM on their own carrier board easily and quickly.
