The REF03 precision voltage reference is designed for price-sensitive applications. It features single-supply operation and good temperature stability due to its improved band gap design. The REF03 is available in plastic mini DIPs and surface-mount small outline plastic packages. For applications requiring improved performance or operation in ?40°C to +125°C temperature range, refer to the ADR03 data sheet.
