The REF02 is an industry-standard precision voltage reference offering a 5V output that can be adjusted over a ±6% range. It features single-supply operation within an input voltage range of 7V to 33V with a low current drain of 1mA. The device includes a TEMP pin providing an output voltage that varies linearly with temperature, making it ideal for temperature-sensing and control applications.
