These rectangular high modulus Pultruded Carbon Fiber Strips are available in various lengths. The strips have a high fiber content of high modulus carbon in an epoxy matrix, making them extremely rigid and strong. Pultruded carbon fiber strips are commonly used for racing drones, RC helicopter wings, RC airplanes, RC sailboats, kite spars, and many DIY applications.
One key advantage of pultruded strips is that all the fibers are in one direction, making them stronger than woven tubes. Despite their strength, these strips are lightweight, weighing only one-fifth as much as metal. Additionally, they are corrosion-resistant and heat-resisting, providing durability in various conditions. The smooth surface of these strips is achieved through high tensile and modulus unidirectional carbon fiber construction with a polishing finish.
