The Arduino UNO Prototype Shield is perfect for building custom circuits and projects with Arduino. It offers easy access to all IO pins of the Arduino through header pins and empty solder pads for expansion. The shield is compatible with various Arduino boards and comes with stacking headers for convenience.

Additionally, it features a surface-mount chip area for up to 14 SOIC size parts, gold-plated pads, and 2 x 0.1uF capacitors on either side for extra power stability. It is also compatible with tiny breadboards.

Yun's and Arduino Ethernets with chunky Ethernet jacks can still be used with the stacking headers included, although they may not sit completely flat.
