The PIC12F675 features a 13-bit program counter and an 8K x 14 program memory space. The data memory is divided into two banks housing General Purpose Registers and Special Function Registers. The register file is structured as 64 x 8. Each register is accessed through the File Select Register FSR. The microcontroller offers as many as six general-purpose I/O pins, which may vary based on enabled peripherals.
Peripheral features include a high current sink/source for direct LED drive, an analog comparator module with programmable voltage reference, and an analog-to-digital converter module with 10-bit resolution and 4-channel input. The microcontroller also includes Timer0, an 8-bit timer/counter with an 8-bit programmable prescaler, and an enhanced Timer1, a 16-bit timer/counter with a prescaler.
The PIC12F675 supports Direct, Indirect, and Relative Addressing modes and offers In-Circuit Serial ProgrammingTM (ICSPTM) via two pins for easy programming.
