The MC34151 is a dual inverting high speed driver designed for low current digital circuitry driving large capacitive loads with high slew rates. It features low input current suitable for CMOS and LSTTL logic, input hysteresis for independent output switching, and two high current totem pole outputs for power MOSFETs. The device includes undervoltage lockout to prevent erratic operation at low supply voltages. Ideal applications include switching power supplies, dc to dc converters, voltage doublers/inverters, and motor controllers.
This driver is Pb-Free and Halide-Free, enhancing system performance with common switching regulator control ICs. Pin-out is equivalent to DS0026 and MMH0026 for easy replacement.
