The MC33172 series are dual bipolar operational amplifiers that offer a low consumption of 200 µA/Amp and good speed of 2.1 MHz, 2 V/µs. They have an input common mode range that extends down to the lower supply rail, allowing single supply operation from +4 V to +44 V.
These op-amps have a wide input common mode voltage range including VCC and a low level output voltage close to VCC- (100 mV typical). They are pin-to-pin compatible with standard dual operational amplifiers.
The operating temperature range is from 40 to 105°C, with a thermal resistance junction to ambient of 85°C/W. The junction temperature can reach up to 150°C, and the storage temperature ranges from -65 to 150°C.
