The MC33172 series are dual bipolar operational amplifiers offering both low consumption (200 µA/Amp) and good speed (2.1 MHz, 2 V/µs). Moreover, the input common mode range extends down to the lower supply rail, allowing single supply operation from +4 V to +44 V.
Pin-to-pin compatible with standard dual operational amplifiers, these op-amps have a wide input common mode voltage range including VCC and low level output voltage close to VCC- (100 mV typical).
Operating in a power supply voltage of +22V, the MC33172 op-amps have an operating free-air temperature range of 40 to 105°C. With a thermal resistance junction to ambient of 85°C/W and a junction temperature of 150°C, these op-amps are suitable for a variety of applications.
