The ATOM GPS is a GPS positioning module that is part of the M5 atomic series. It features the navigation chip m8030-kt with built-in flash and a coin cell battery for saving user configurations. The module adopts the NMEA-0183 protocol output and supports various satellite systems including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, SBAS, and QZSS.
With 72 search channels and an adjustable refresh rate, the ATOM GPS is suitable for applications such as vehicle monitoring, bus stop reporting, vehicle navigation, ship navigation, and track tracking. Additionally, it includes a self-elastic TF (MicroSD) card slot for reading and writing GPS and other file data, making it versatile for different use cases.
The module also comes with UART parameter settings for baud rate, start bit, stop bit, and check bit. It is ideal for vehicle and ship positioning, navigation, track recording, and file reading and writing applications.
