The IR2113 are high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with independent high and low side referenced output channels. The drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage for minimal driver cross-conduction and matched propagation delays for use in high-frequency applications.
Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic. The floating channel can drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration up to 500 or 600 volts.
Undervoltage lockout is available for both channels, with 3.3V logic compatibility. Separate logic supply ranges from 3.3V to 20V, and logic and power ground have a ±5V offset. The CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs include pull-down features, and outputs are in phase with inputs.
