IR2110 High Voltage Power MOSFET and IGBT Driver
High-speed driver with independent high/low side output channels
- Floating channel: Designed for bootstrap operation
- Fully operational: Up to +500V or +600V
- Gate drive supply range: 10V to 20V
- CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs: With pull-down
The IR2110 is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. It features proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies for ruggedized monolithic construction.
Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers include a high pulse current buffer stage for minimal driver cross-conduction, with matched propagation delays for simplified use in high frequency applications.
The floating channel can drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration, operating up to 500 or 600 volts.
