The INA125 is a high accuracy instrumentation amplifier that offers complete bridge excitation and precision differential-input amplification on a single chip. It comes with an externally adjustable voltage reference with pin-selectable voltages of 2.5V, 5V, or 10V, suitable for various transducer applications. The device operates on single (+2.7V to +36V) or dual (±1.35V to ±18V) supplies, making it versatile for different setups.
The instrument amplifier is laser-trimmed for low offset voltage (250µV) and drift (2µV/°C) while providing high common-mode rejection (100dB at G = 100). With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the INA125 ensures reliable performance in industrial settings.
Specifications:
- Input offset drift (+/-) (Max) (uV/C): 2
- Input bias current (+/-) (Max) (nA): 25
- Iq (Typ) (mA): 0.46
- Bandwidth at min gain (Typ) (MHz): 0.15
- Gain error (+/-) (Max) (%): 1
The INA125 IC Datasheet provides comprehensive information on the device's operating parameters and characteristics for detailed reference and application integration.
