The INA114 is a low-cost, general-purpose instrumentation amplifier that offers excellent accuracy for a wide range of applications. Its 3-op amp design allows for versatile use, and with a single external resistor, you can set any gain from 1 to 10,000. The internal input protection can handle up to ±40V without any damage. The device is laser trimmed for very low offset voltage (50µV), drift (0.25µV/°C), and high common-mode rejection (115dB at G = 1000).
Operating with power supplies as low as ±2.25V, the INA114 can be used in battery-operated and single 5V supply systems. With a maximum quiescent current of 3mA, it is efficient in power consumption. Available in 8-pin plastic and SOL-16 surface-mount packages, the INA114 is specified for a temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
