The H11A1 is a single channel photo transistor coupler featuring a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN photo transistor. Its high isolation performance is achieved through a double molding isolation manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with DIN EN 60747-5-5 partial discharge isolation specifications. With an ISO 9001 quality program, this optocoupler offers the highest isolation performance in a commercial plastic photo transistor.
Available in lead formed configuration for surface mounting, the H11A1 can be supplied on tape and reel or in standard tube shipping containers. This optocoupler is ideal for AC mains detection, reed relay driving, switch mode power supply feedback, telephone ring detection, logic ground isolation, and logic coupling with high frequency noise rejection.
