The FSBB20CH60 by ON Semiconductor is designed to offer a reliable inverter solution for low-power applications like air conditioners. It incorporates optimized circuit protections and drives that work well with low-loss IGBTs.
The built-in HVIC provides optocoupler-less single-supply IGBT gate driving capability, reducing the overall size of the inverter system. The three separate negative DC-link terminals allow for monitoring each phase leg current.
