This small force sensitive resistor has a 0.16 (4 mm) diameter active sensing area. It varies its resistance based on the pressure applied. The harder the force, the lower the resistance. With no pressure, the resistance is larger than 1M; with full pressure, it's 2.5k. The sensor has two pins with 0.1 pitch for easy breadboard connections. While great for sensing pressure, it may not be suitable for precise measurements like a scale.
Applications include Testing and Measurement Equipment, Embedded Electronics, OEM Development Kit, Consumer Electronics, and Multimeter.
Package Includes:
- 1 x Force Sensor 5.08mm Circle
