
FAN7392 Monolithic High- and Low-Side Gate Drive IC
A monolithic IC for driving high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTs up to +600V.

The FAN7392 is equipped with a buffered output stage using NMOS transistors for high pulse current driving capability, with minimal cross-conduction. Its high-voltage process and noise canceling techniques ensure stable operation of the high-side driver under high dv/dt noise conditions. The advanced level-shift circuit allows for high-side gate driver operation up to Vs=-9.8V (typical) for VBS=15V. Logic inputs are compatible with a range of standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3V.
The UVLO circuit prevents malfunction in situations where VCC and VBS drop below the specified threshold voltage. With high-current and low-output voltage drop features, this device is ideal for half- and full-bridge inverters, as well as power supply DC-DC converter applications.
