eSun ABS+ is an upgrade to normal ABS, made entirely from corn grain. It is suitable for all 3D printers and can replace ABS completely. Stringing problems are a thing of the past with ABS+. This material is ideal for printing larger objects and offers a smoother 3D printing experience. ABS+ is tougher than regular ABS and demonstrates much less warping.
eSUN ABS+ is a composite of standard ABS with extra additives for additional strength. ABS+ offers better first layer adhesion, less warping, and better layer adhesion for bridges and overhangs. It provides a unique, beautiful finish and improved strength and flexibility compared to standard ABS.
Advantages of ABS+ over ABS: ABS+ warps far less, offers better layer adhesion, and provides a unique, smooth finish. It is less opaque than typical ABS and can be polished to become moderately transparent.
Maintenance tips:
- Please store unprinted material in sealed bags in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture.
- Insert the wire into the fixed hole of the tray when not in use to prevent knotting.
- Print ABS in a well-ventilated environment due to its slight irritating smell.
