eSun ABS+ is an upgraded version of normal ABS, suitable for all 3D printers. Made entirely from corn grain, it is perfect for printing larger objects and eliminates stringing problems commonly associated with ABS. This material is tougher than regular ABS, resulting in much less warping during printing.
ABS+ offers several advantages over standard ABS. It contains extra additives that provide additional strength, making it easier to work with and offering better first layer adhesion. The material maintains its shape well, resulting in more rigid and defined structures, even on complex prints.
One key benefit of ABS+ is its unique finish, resembling smooth nylon and becoming moderately transparent when polished. This filament is less opaque than typical ABS, providing a beautiful appearance to printed objects.
Maintenance Tips:
- Store unprinted material in sealed bags in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture.
- Insert the wire into the fixed hole of the tray when not in use to prevent knotting.
- Print in a well-ventilated environment to reduce the slight irritating smell produced by ABS.
