A large thermal conductive silicone at the bottom case transfers the heat from Pi5 PCB to the large aluminum bottom case. Three thermal conductive silicones transfer the heat from CPU, PMU, and Wireless module. The box features a reset button, LED, SD Card slot, and accessible interfaces.
