With a 3:1 gear reduction and precision milled hobbed gearing, the Titan Extruder delivers exceptional power while remaining lightweight and compact. It is compatible with most RepRap 3D printers and is the recommended extruder for all E3D HotEnds.
The gear ratio of the Titan Extruder allows for the use of lighter motors, resulting in a lighter moving carriage for direct drive systems. This extruder is versatile and works seamlessly with all configurations of Bowden and direct extrusion setups, supporting both 1.75mm and 3mm filament diameters.
Switching between filament diameters is easy with the Titan Extruder, as only the filament guide needs to be swapped out. The extruder's balanced gearing ratio of 3:1 enables it to handle fast extrusion scenarios like the Volcano, while also providing smooth printing at low layer heights with the smallest of nozzles.
The package includes everything you need for installation, including the Titan body, cover, idler lever, filament guide, steel pinion gear, hobb drive, PTFE tubing, hex wrenches, screws, nuts, idler spring, grub screw, and shakeproof washer.
