Our line of enclosed vibration motors offers versatility with a choice between a plastic capsule made of polystyrene or a metal capsule made of nickel-plated steel. The metal capsule design is fully encapsulated and can be over-molded, making it waterproof. The plastic cap at the end of the capsule is epoxied in place to prevent liquid intrusion, ensuring durability. These vibrating motors are ideal for applications requiring potting, over-molding, or submersion in liquids. They are also suitable for intrinsically safe applications.
The wires passing through the cap are also epoxied, enhancing the motor's waterproof properties. With precise vibration intensity control, this motor operates quietly, generating minimal noise while providing efficient vibrations.
