This CP2102 module doesn't require an external oscillator and features an onboard voltage regulator. It utilizes a reprogrammable internal EEPROM for device description. The full hardware UART supports flow control for baud rates from 300bps to 921600bps. Connect your microcontroller or serial application to the breakout for a simple serial cable replacement.
The module also includes a self-recovery fuse to protect your computer USB port in case of accidental short circuits. It supports hardware handshaking and X-ON/X-OFF for asynchronous serial data bus compatibility.
