Each LED can draw up to 60mA, totaling over 3.5 Amps at 5 Volts for the entire matrix. It is advised to use a 5V 2A power supply. Connect the DIN pin to your micro-controller and ensure a common ground. You can link multiple panels by connecting the DIN of one to the DOUT of another. Note that using more than four panels with an Arduino Uno may require a 5V 10A power supply due to RAM limitations.
For proper functionality, a real-time micro-controller with an 8MHz or faster processor like AVR, Arduino, or PIC is recommended. The board features solder pads for easy wiring and two mounting holes for secure installation on various surfaces.
