The CJMCU-219 is a versatile module with the I2C interface, offering zero drift and bi-directional current/power monitoring and control integrated circuit (IC). It features the industry's highest precision and small size, making it ideal for various applications such as server, notebook computer, power supply, battery management, and digital electric vehicle.
The breakout board includes the INA219B chip, providing 1% precision in measuring both high side voltage and DC current draw over I2C. The device utilizes a precision amplifier to measure the voltage across the 0.1, 1% sense resistor, allowing it to measure up to 3.2 Amps with a resolution of 0.8mA.
With a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a maximum error of 1% accuracy, the CJMCU-219 offers high precision combined with a 12-bit resolution to minimize power loss and consumption. The I2C interface includes features like calibration programmable registers, averaging for noise filtering, and a timeout to avoid bus lock.
The module operates on a single power supply with a working voltage between +3.0 to +5.5 V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
