The CD4067 is a 16-channel multiplexer with four binary control inputs (A, B, C, D) and an inhibit input, enabling selection of one switch from any combination of inputs. An inhibit input with logic "1" turns off all channels.
It is a versatile device suitable for applications like analog and digital multiplexing, A/D and D/A conversion, and signal gating. When used as demultiplexers, the "CHANNEL IN/OUT" terminals are the outputs, and the "COMMON OUT/IN" terminals are the inputs.
With very low quiescent power dissipation under all digital control input and supply conditions, the CD4067 ensures efficient performance.
